I Personally think we need a weapon that can do damage on contact with the other player maybe a shield that charges up like the sniper and that can block 1 shot and do some damage if close enough to the other player

kk that kinda sounds dumb,1 b/c all of them r long ranged so if the sheild came in contact that b pretty rare unless ur opponent is a retard,but besides that no cuz its extrmely hard getting close to grenaders and rockets without getting ur head blown away(ur charge thing about the shield sounds kewl but it could b used as spam)

I don't think melee weapons would do to well:

1) Your going way to fast
2) You get too close and your opponent will MA you

Maybe what we need is a short range weapon, something that would send out a short blast/shockwave/projectile. A weapon like that would be bettet suited for close range encounters.

look at the radiant surger in code geass,it has the new spread and long range attacks with its power now they should have wepons that shoot lasers continually 4 like 5 seconds and then reload 4 6 seconds.
